Healthcare

Healthcare is a human right.

Healthcare is a human right. Every other developed nation figured this out decades ago. Why are we still debating whether people should die because they can't afford insulin?

This is a complex issue that deserves thoughtful debate, not soundbites.

This is exactly why we need stronger border security. Actions have consequences!

Both sides have valid points here. The truth is probably somewhere in the middle.

Exactly. The current system only works if you're wealthy or have great employer coverage. Medicare for All would save lives and money.

Preach. My union coverage is decent, but I've seen too many good people ration meds or skip doctor visits because of deductibles. My cousin died at 52 - diabetic, couldn't afford his insulin copays even WITH insurance. Richest country on earth and we let people die over profits. It's shameful.

Who’s going to pay for Medicare for all? Nothing is ever free. We as taxpayers would be footing the bills. And if that were to ever be the case, then there needs to be better policies because I sure as shit am not footing the bill for all the illegals who are currently benefiting from our healthcare system.

I agree! We already foot the bill for illegal immigrants clogging up the ERs for general health care, the free services we give them because they signed up on an app to tell us they were here illegally, and then pay for the damage to these "sanctuary cities", then we have to clean up the mess, which costs more money. This costs our government and in turn our tax payers far too much
